Jacket return and proof approval policy

You can request a change-of-mind return for standard logo-only jackets within 3 days after delivery. You may try on a standard logo-only jacket for fit, but it must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered for a change-of-mind return. Personalized jackets are final sale for change-of-mind returns. This change-of-mind policy does not limit applicable rights for defective or incorrectly described items. Contact us at admin@thesterileprocess.com for help.

A design proof will be provided for your review. Design-proof approval is required before shipment.

Care instructions

Use a cold, gentle wash with similar colors and mild detergent. Remove promptly and avoid leaving the wet jacket folded against itself. Use non-chlorine bleach only when needed. Tumble dry on low; use a cool iron if needed. The garment label also permits dry cleaning.

Follow any additional care instructions supplied with your embroidered jacket.
