You retain ownership of your content. This is permission to use the material, not a transfer of copyright ownership.
We may resize, crop, or trim media for presentation, but should not change the meaning of your feedback. The permission applies only to the material you submit. Submit only material you own or have permission to share, including permission from anyone identifiable in it. Do not include patients, private workplace documents, employee badges, contact details, or other sensitive information.
You can request removal or withdrawal of permission for future use by emailing admin@thesterileprocess.com with your submission confirmation. We can address content on channels we control, but cannot promise to retrieve copies already shared by others.
Submissions start in a private moderation queue. We review for relevance, privacy, spam, and inappropriate content—not whether feedback is positive or negative. Publication is not guaranteed. Your email is private and is not included in public reviews. Use a first name and last initial or a nickname as your display name.
Original photos and video are stored privately. Permission does not publish them automatically. We review media before any reuse. Submitting a review does not subscribe you to marketing emails. See our Privacy Policy for information about data handling and contact requests.
You may attach one JPG or PNG photo up to 5 MB and one MP4 or MOV video up to 40 MB. A 15–60 second video is recommended, not required. If your phone records a larger video, trim it or export a smaller MP4 or MOV before uploading. Keep this page open until the review confirmation appears. A completed video upload alone does not submit the review.
Unattached video uploads expire after two hours and are removed during later upload maintenance. For order help, corrections, or deletion requests, contact admin@thesterileprocess.com.
