Enrollment agreement overview

This page gives students the core terms to review before completing enrollment. A formal acceptance step should be completed before program access is issued.

Course access period

Standard enrollment includes one year of course access. Enrollment purchased with a promotional discount or discount code includes six months of course access. Regular $497 pay-in-full enrollment and the $697 tuition payment plan include one year when no promotional discount or code is used. The six-month promotional term applies only to new purchases where disclosed before payment. Earlier purchases retain their original access terms.

Program participation

The Sterile Process provides sterile processing education, CRCST exam preparation, career readiness support, and guidance connected to the 400-hour requirement. Students are expected to participate consistently, complete assigned work, and stay on schedule.

Tuition and payment

Standard tuition is $697. The pay-in-full offer is $497, saving $200. The payment plan is three monthly payments totaling $697. Tuition includes Quiz Studio, Flashcards, chapter reviews, video lectures, and student support for interview preparation and 400-hour strategy. Enrollment is not complete until the student has selected the program option, accepted the enrollment agreement, and submitted the required tuition payment or payment-plan deposit. The self-paced pathway does not require a separate application fee.

Student responsibility

Students are responsible for reading assigned material, attending required sessions when applicable, completing assignments, using the provided study resources, communicating when support is needed, and meeting current HSPA certification and documentation requirements.

No guarantee

The Sterile Process does not guarantee CRCST certification, employment, externship placement, 400-hour placement, or a specific outcome. Program support is designed to prepare and guide students, not to replace student effort or employer/HSPA requirements.
